request. During normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST), our
courteous staff will assist you immediately. After hours and on weekends and
holidays, your call will be returned within 15 minutes.

We monitor each shipment by computer to ensure on-schedule arrivals.
Service dependability is further enhanced by United’s VanStar® satellite
vehicle tracking and communications system-- in-van technology that
allows us to pinpoint the location of trade show vans and communicate
with our van operators. Now with United’s RapidTracSM system you can
even track your own shipment via the Internet.
